Leigh Minarapa

Leigh graduated Victoria University of Wellington with a degree in film in 2013 and entered the industry as a Production Assistant and later a Production Manager on a range of projects including web-series, short films, music videos, documentaries and feature films which had connections with Māori Television, The New Zealand Film Commission, TVNZ, Te Mangai Pahoa and more. In 2016 she left Aotearoa to pursue her interest in travel and travel photography. Returning home in 2021, Leigh continues her career in film, photography and writing. Leigh is from Matatā and is of Ngāti Rangitihi descent.
